The Great Waterway Tourism Organization was established in 2010 to promote and invest in tourism along Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River, from Prince Edward County in the West to the Quebec border in the East. The Great Waterway region includes unique towns, villages and cities of Quinte West, Belleville, Kingston, Brockville, and Cornwall.
The Great Waterway will have four Board vacancies in 2012, Kingston, Land O’Lakes, Cornwall and Gananoqe. If you are interested in joining The Great Waterway Board of Directors please complete and submit an application. Deadline for applications are June 20, 2012. The application is available at www.region9tourism.ca/index.cfm/communications/applications or by phone at 613.344.2095. This link also includes Board applicant eligibility criteria.
Deadline for applications are June 20, 2012 at 4pm. You must RSVP by June 29, 2012 if you plan to attend The Great Waterway Annual General Meeting.
